Form and Story - Ceramic Course: 3 November – 8 December 2026, BRØKs Keramikværksted, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 1500 kr.

In this course, you work with ceramics that move between sculpture and functional objects - cups, vases and pieces that carry a story. The narrative can be personal, political or nature-inspired, and can be drawn, modelled or carved into the surface. The course is led by Rosamunde Brüsch and Camilla Thorup.

The techniques you will work with include hand-building clay, coil work, slab techniques and modelling, and you will explore texture, surface treatment and glazing. Your work can be planned from the start or take shape as you go, guided by your hands working the clay. The course welcomes both beginners and experienced ceramicists who want to explore the narrative possibilities of ceramics.

Course dates - all Tuesdays 15:30-18:30:
3/11, 10/11, 17/11 and 24/11, plus 8/12 (glazing). Collection is arranged with participants.

Price: 1,500 kr. Includes 2 kg clay per participant (not paperclay) - extra clay can be purchased on site. Max. 16 participants. Age limit 18 years; 12-17-year-olds welcome with their own ticket and an adult. Venue: BRØKs Keramikværksted (BK), the workshop room.
