On 20 October, Salling ROOFTOP celebrates autumn's root vegetables with a themed evening titled "Roots". Guests are welcomed at 17:30 with a glass of sparkling wine and a view over Aarhus before the menu is served.

The evening features 3 courses:

1st course: Beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese, marinated apple slices, roasted salted nuts, balsamic glaze and fresh herbs - plus crostini with celeriac cream, crispy serrano ham and pickled onions.

2nd course: Parsnip mash with braised pork, crispy crackling and braising sauce - plus glazed carrots with herb crumble and watercress.

3rd course: Plum trifle with sweet plums, airy vanilla cream and crispy crumble.

Price is 295 kr. per person including menu and welcome sparkling wine. Other beverages are purchased at the bar, which closes at 19:30. There are a limited number of seats.
