Repair Café: Embroidery Workshop

Learn the fundamentals of freehand embroidery as a repair technique. The workshop covers essential stitches, materials, and practical tips for using embroidery to repair damaged or worn clothing.

Needles, embroidery thread, and practice fabric are provided. You're welcome to bring stained or torn garments - while there's no guarantee you'll finish repairing them during the session, you'll receive advice on whether embroidery is suitable and which approach to use. Both beginners and experienced embroiderers are welcome.

Free entry, but advance registration is required. Places are limited, and registration opens on August 14 at 10:00.
