Champagne Dinner for a Good Cause

Champagne Dinner with Lobster, Salmon and Chocolate: Tuesday 24 November 2026, 18:00–21:00, Det Røde Pakhus/Musisk Forening Skælskør, Skælskør. Tickets cost 475 kr.

Skælskør Rotary Club, Kobæk Strand and Champagne Stories present a dinner on 24 November 2026 from 18:00 to 21:00 at Det Røde Pakhus, Havnevej 10, 4230 Skælskør. All proceeds go to Christmas aid for economically disadvantaged residents of Slagelse Municipality.

The menu is a four-course dinner prepared by Kobæk Strand, served with welcome champagne and four additional champagnes from small family-owned producers in the Champagne region. Throughout the evening, the stories behind each wine, the producers, their craftsmanship and the region are presented. The courses are: lobster tail brushed with bone marrow and bread with herb butter, salmon terrine with Kobæk's seaweed bread, confit duck with butter-fried pointed cabbage, truffle-marinated mushrooms, pickled pearl onions, pommes fondant and gastric sauce, and chocolate mousse with white and dark chocolate. The evening also offers the opportunity to purchase coffee/tea, additional champagne and raffle tickets with prizes.

There are 150 seats in total. The purchase receipt serves as your ticket - separate tickets are not issued. Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel, but can be resold or given to someone else; in that case, notify the new ticket holder's name to kontakt@champagnestories.dk. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, the ticket price will be refunded. Menu changes are reserved.

Kobæk Strand offers accommodation at a special rate for participants: double room including breakfast 600 kr., single room including breakfast 400 kr.
