The Workshop - Crocheted Plants

The Workshop - crocheted plants: Thursday 15 October 2026, 15:00–18:00, Åby Bibliotek, Åbyhøj. Admission is free.

On Thursday you can learn to crochet small hanging plants from yarn scraps. No registration needed - just show up.

The Workshop is a creative community for adults where you can work on whatever you feel like. It's open from 3 to 6 p.m.

You can bring your own project or use the recycled materials available on site, such as fabric and books. There's also free access to equipment including a sewing machine, printing press, and scissors. Once in a while there's a workshop with inspiration and guidance for your own projects, but you're always welcome to just sit with your own work.

On the first Thursday of the month, the Workshop runs together with Repair Café Åbyhøj, where you can get help repairing clothes and other items.

The Workshop is located in the basement under Åby Library, with an entrance from the garden on the back of the building - room KLUBB1.
