Form and Connections
The exhibition "Form and Connections" brings together seven recent graduates from Aarhus Academy of Art, presenting works in painting, graphics, sculpture, installation, and ceramics. The works thematically explore shadow and edge as concepts, identity, presence, interactivity, experience, relations, hope, and everyday life.
It is a long-standing tradition for the Academy's graduating class to exhibit in Uhresalen in Hinnerup. This year's graduates are: Alberte Fujia Fyhn Liboriussen, Amanda Kessaris, Birthe Dabelstein, Katja Nørgård Nielsen, Mona Stokbæk, Ole Overgaard Rasmussen, and Stine Møller Hansen.
The opening reception takes place on Wednesday, August 19 at 4:00 PM - everyone is welcome for a glass of sparkling wine and a chat with the artists. The exhibition runs through September 25 and can be viewed during the library's staffed opening hours. Current opening times can be found on Hinnerup Library | Favrskov Libraries.
Note: Uhresalen is also used for cultural events and meetings, so it may be occupied. Call Hinnerup Library at +45 89 64 14 55 before your visit to ensure access.
