Sound bath on Østerbro with Anne Viese. You simply lie down and let yourself be immersed in the sounds of singing bowls, sound bells and gongs while your body finds rest and relaxation. You don't need to bring anything or have any prior knowledge - just time and a willingness to listen. Everyone can participate, and no experience with meditation or mindfulness is required.

Multiple time slots are available: Friday at 17:30 on November 20 and December 18, as well as Friday at 15:45 on October 23, November 20 and December 18.

The event takes place at Rytmikhuset, Nordre Frihavnsgade 17 D, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. As an optional add-on, you can have a mat, blanket and pillow provided so you don't need to bring your own. Come in loose, comfortable clothing so you can fully relax while singing bowls, gongs and bells sound throughout the afternoon.
