Anne Viese is hosting a sound bath on Østerbro on Saturday, November 21 at 14:45. You simply need to give yourself time to listen and sense - the sound bath provides mental calm and presence as well as physical well-being and relaxation.

No swimwear is needed. You simply lie down and are "bathed" in sound from singing bowls, sound bells and gongs, while your senses open to the calming resonance. Everyone can participate, and no experience with meditation or mindfulness is required.

Beyond Saturday, November 21, there are also sessions on Friday, October 23 at 15:45, November 20 and December 18. Registration takes place via a link for each individual date. The event is held at Nordre Frihavnsgade 17 D, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.
