Saturday Rhythm for Children 1½ - 3 Years

Saturday Rhythm for toddlers - music and movement: Saturday 7 November 2026, 10:30–11:15, Sydhavnens Bibliotek, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 50 kr.

Saturday rhythm session for children aged 1½ to 3 years with Lotte Tænner. The session includes singing, drumming, dancing, and play, using music to activate the whole body through musical games. The idea is that this form of stimulation of children's linguistic, motor, and cognitive abilities in the early years strengthens their capacity to learn later in life.

The ticket covers one child and the accompanying adult - and the adult is also actively involved.

Lotte Tænner is a rhythm pedagogue who has sung and performed theatre throughout her life, both with and without children. She has worked with music and movement at many institutions and has run musical play sessions at the library for years.

There is also Saturday rhythm for children aged 3-6.
