On November 24 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Anne Viese hosts a full moon sound bath in the Valhalla hall at Nordic Park, Kirkevej 43, in Gribskov Municipality. The evening is dedicated to relaxation and peace for body, mind, and soul, and everyone is welcome.

The programme begins with arrival up to 25 minutes early, after which Anne Viese welcomes guests and introduces the sounds. The sound and gong bath itself is divided into two parts with a brief silent pause between them, and the evening concludes with a closing gratitude. Anne Viese has offered sound experiences at various locations across Denmark for ten years, and a video on the event page gives an impression of both the setting and the sound of her instruments.

The sound bath takes place lying down, but you can also sit on a chair by contacting the organizer at mobile 60 661 631 in advance. You must bring your own mat (or three folded yoga mats), blankets, and a pillow - or you can add a wool underlay during registration and avoid bringing anything.
