Cooking Workshop at Sonja: 22 October – 10 December 2026, Café Sonja, Copenhagen. Admission is free.

Cooking Workshop at Café Sonja is about using the kitchen as a place to meet, learn, and create together. The focus is not on complicated recipes, but on giving participants confidence to use their own senses, understand ingredients, and trust their own ideas and abilities.

The course consists of three workshops where you work practically and creatively with taste, ingredients, and techniques, building on what you have tasted and learned in previous sessions. You don't need to know how to cook beforehand - we develop these skills together. The whole experience culminates in a shared dinner at Café Sonja, where neighbours, family, and friends are invited to join.

It is recommended to participate in all three sessions, but it is also possible to sign up for individual workshops.
