Writing Workshop: Intimate Strangeness

Writing Workshop on Herman Bang and Bjørn Rasmussen: Saturday 21 November 2026, 10:00–12:30, Godsbanen, Aarhus. Admission is free.

Herman Bang's writing style challenged his contemporaries - and perhaps still does. The same question can be asked of Bjørn Rasmussen's literature, which in its own way questions society's ideas about right and wrong. Drawing on these two authors, Unge Danske Digtere explores in this writing workshop how literature can train our emotions and challenge our language.

The workshop is led by Silas Stochholm as part of the Writing Festival 2026. The full festival programme can be found here.

It takes place on 21 November from 10:00 to 12:30 in Vogn 1 at Godsbanen. Participation is free, but registration is required.
