Jazz Nights Holstebro and Holstebro Library present a Jazz & Poetry evening celebrating Brazilian music and literature.

Brazilian music is well known, but the country's poetry is less familiar here. From the early 20th century, it flourished with poets like Manuel Bandeira, Dante Milano, Carlos Drummond de Andrade, and Cecilia Meireles - a tradition this evening draws from.

Ulrik Skeel reads from the poetry, while Rina Skeel (vocals), Jacob Young (guitar), José Saluzzi (guitar), and Juan Fracchi (bass) provide the music.
