The Sewing Café is for anyone who wants to sew together with others, with a focus on reuse, repair, upcycling, and recycled textiles. You work on your own projects and give your clothes new life through repair and redesign.

It is not a class, but Sara or Trine E from Holstebro Library are on hand with advice and guidance. The library has one sewing machine available - feel free to bring your own.

The Sewing Café meets on the last Tuesday of the month on the 1st floor. Free entry, all ages and experience levels welcome.

About the venue: Holstebro Bibliotek

Holstebro Bibliotek is the main public library for Holstebro municipality, first opened in 1903 as "Holstebro og Omegns Folkebogsamling". The building covers 6,450 square metres across three floors and adjoins Holstebro Town Hall, with a distinctive exterior of rounded arches and towers. Between the library and the town hall lies Bibliotekssalen, a hall with a stage and tiered seating. Branch libraries are located in Ulfborg and Vinderup.
