FØNS

FØNS live - Under Opsyn tour: Thursday 4 March 2027, 20:00, Walthers Musikcafé, Skanderborg. Tickets cost 141 kr.

FØNS is a Danish hip-hop artist who blends vulnerability and self-assurance in a personal and unfiltered expression. His music sits at the intersection of hip-hop and R&B, with lyrics about hope, doubt, ambitions, and the expectations that come with being young today. With a sharp pen and a raw, reflective sonic universe, he turns his gaze both inward and toward the world around him - exploring identity, values, relationships, and the pursuit of success, but also what lies beneath the surface.

In 2024, FØNS released the EP "Forplejning", which received praise from GAFFA among others. Since then, he has continued developing his musical universe, where the personal and vulnerable stand alongside attitude and uncompromising energy.

A recurring theme in FØNS's work is the distance between what we show and what actually happens beneath the surface - how we form opinions about each other from fragments, while most of our inner lives remain unseen. This tension is what he explores in his music: the unsaid, the vulnerable, and the unfiltered, without softening reality.

Live, his concerts alternate between intensity and presence, raw energy and reflection. In 2027, FØNS takes his universe on tour under the name "Under Opsyn", where the audience comes close to what can otherwise be hard to see when the facade dominates.
