FØNS is the stage name of Sebastian Føns, a young Danish rapper and singer from the Aarhus area. His 2023 debut single "Leve Med" was picked as Ugens Upcoming on DR P3, and 2024 brought two EPs - Ridser I Lakken and Forplejning - the latter a pointed critique of materialism in rap culture, praised by Gaffa. He is part of the AMBIVOLUME collective and works in the space between hip-hop and R&B, with lyrics that tackle young adult life head-on.
FØNS released the single "Dit Hjerte Slår" in 2026 as his latest release.
FØNS is booked for Lille VEGA in Copenhagen and Volume Village in Aarhus in September 2025.
The single "Kun For Festerne" was released in 2025 and has become FØNS' most streamed track with over 3.1 million plays on Spotify.
The EP Forplejning was released on November 15, 2024 and was followed by FØNS' first headliner show at Ideal Bar, which was sold out a month before the concert.
