Ukrainian Cheese Horse: Hands-On Workshop

Ukrainian Cheese Horse hands-on workshop: Sunday 8 November 2026, 10:00–15:30, Copenhagen. Tickets cost 300 kr.

A small cheese horse from the Hutsul highlands - a traditional craft passed down through generations that you won't find in supermarkets and can't truly learn from internet recipes alone.

Join us for a demonstration workshop on making traditional Ukrainian cheese horses. Each participant will handcraft 1-3 cheese horses and take them home. We'll also discuss Ukraine's cheese heritage, its place in world gastronomy, and the challenges Ukrainian artisans face today. The workshop concludes with a cheese tasting.

No experience needed - just bring your hands, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
