Lecture: Katrine Capion-Kolstrup & 'Small Steps - Big Wins'
Birkerød Bibliotek, Birkerød · Free
Katrine Capion-Kolstrup shares her story of what happened when a serious concussion in 2019 brought her everyday life to a standstill. From a life filled with work, family, and social connections, silence emerged - and within that silence, new insights grew about patience, structure, and the value of small steps.
Drawing on her personal experience, she combines knowledge from psychology and behavioral research to introduce the method "Small Steps Big Wins". The method shows how small actions can create significant results, even when energy is low - whether due to concussion, stress, illness, or something else entirely.
The lecture is for you if you want change but lack motivation or structure - whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, or recovering from illness, supporting someone who is, or wanting to break habits and reach personal goals. It's not about returning to what was, but about finding new paths forward.
Katrine Capion-Kolstrup is co-founder of Evolu, where she continues developing the method - read more at www.evolu.dk. A related tool can be purchased at a discount after the event, but it's not necessary to get full value from the lecture. Questions can be directed to Lene Holmstrøm at leho@rudersdal.dk.
