Annual Meeting DN Ikast-Brande: Tuesday 17 November 2026, 19:00–21:30, Naturcentret, Brande.

Registration is required for the annual meeting so the organizers can see how many will attend.

The agenda starts at 20:30:
1. Election of chairman
2. Board's annual report
3. Election of board members and alternates, cf. section 5
4. Proposals from members
5. Any other business

Members who wish to have a proposal put to a vote must send it in writing with justification to the branch chairman no later than one week before the annual meeting. Votes are held in writing if any of the attending members request it.
