Zine Workshop // Make Your Own Mini-Book

Join us to create zines about nature, culture, or whatever inspires you.

A zine is a small photocopied booklet you produce yourself - it can be about anything, often niche topics others don't know about. You don't need to bring anything, and it doesn't matter if you've made zines before. We learn from each other.

Artist Maria Viftrup will guide you through a short exercise, then there's free time for zine experiments, conversation, and snacks. Maria Viftrup is an artist-in-residence at the construction site next to Vejle Library, where she collects materials and stories from the building site in her bright orange workshop and creates zines about connections between construction and nature.

The Zine Club is established in collaboration with Spinderihallerne and is part of Maria Viftrup's artist-in-residence project at Vejle Library, supported by the Danish Arts Foundation.
