Inheritance and Wills

Lawyer Freja Louise Ventrup Ager gives a lecture at Greve Library about what happens to your assets and decision-making rights when you can no longer act on your own behalf.

The lecture covers the basic rules for who the law grants inheritance to, and what you can change yourself by creating a will - including what forms of separate property exist and what inheritance tax amounts to. Power of attorney will also be discussed: what it entails and in which situations it may become relevant.

Marriage contracts are also included in the presentation.
