The French group Compagnie des Quidams presents FierS à Cheval - a wordless street theatre where mysterious creatures in Venetian-futuristic costumes gradually transform into large, inflatable white horses. The horses dance and compete in a choreographed parade led by a small enigmatic figure, all set to a symphonic soundtrack.

The performance lasts 30 minutes and is shown at 11:00 and 13:30. It is suitable for children and adults.

Free entry, no registration required.

About the venue: Blågårds Plads

Blågårds Plads is an open-air public square in the Indre Nørrebro district of Copenhagen, laid out by the city between 1912 and 1916 on the site of Anker Heegaard's ironworks. The sunken, paved area of 30 x 50 m is bordered by a low granite wall incorporating 22 sculptures by Kai Nielsen depicting working-class life, designed together with architect Ivar Bentsen. The square is a listed monument and serves in summer as a venue for outdoor events, markets and the annual Blaagaards Festival.
