Description was written before the event

Artist duo Filthy Luker and Pedro Estrellas place a giant octopus on the facade of Osramhuset. This pop-up installation is both humorous and highlights the threats facing ocean life.

You can see it for free on August 29 from 10:00 to 16:00 as part of Osramhuset Street Festival - drop by whenever it suits you.

About the venue: Osramhuset

Osramhuset is a neighbourhood cultural centre in the Haraldsgade quarter of Nørrebro, close to Skjolds Plads. The building dates from 1953, when it was erected as offices and a warehouse for the light-bulb manufacturer Dansk Osram A/S - making it one of Denmark's earliest prefabricated concrete structures. Run by the City of Copenhagen, it today hosts children's cultural events, postnatal groups and room hire for meetings and private events.
