Nya King brings her Whitney Houston tribute show to Borreby Gods & Teater in Skælskør on Thursday, 17 September 2026. The performance is one of two Danish dates on the tour and spans Houston's complete catalogue - from "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" to "I Will Always Love You". Borreby Gods is a protected Renaissance manor house dating from 1556, with the theatre stage housed in the estate's oldest barn from 1593. The theatre holds 450 seats and is Denmark's only manor-house theatre, located just outside Skælskør town.

About the venue: Borreby Gods & Teater

Borreby Gods is a listed Renaissance manor house from 1556, just outside Skælskør. The estate's oldest barn, dating from 1593, was converted into Borreby Teater in 2012 - the only manor-house theatre in Denmark, seating 450 and awarded the Slagelse Municipality building prize that same year. The programme covers theatre productions and concerts, while the historic buildings also host conferences and events.
