As part of Helsingør's celebration of 600 years as a market town, the courtyard at Stengade 51 opens on August 28 for an afternoon of crafts and living history.

There will be stalls, small workshops and historical stories, and you can meet the town's craftspeople and folk artists who showcase their trades.

About the venue: Stengade 51

Helsingør Teaterhus on Stengade 51 is a historic theatre building from 1892, situated on the pedestrian street three minutes' walk from the station. The building was carefully restored in 2020-21, preserving its original details, and the Industriforeningens Teatersal inside is a fine example of a classic guild-and-theatre hall with wood carvings on the walls, balcony and ceiling. The house is used for chamber opera, concerts, the Passage Festival and private events.
