Concerto Copenhagen's Christmas Concert 2026 - Helsingør

Concerto Copenhagen presents its Baroque Christmas concert at Helsingør Domkirke - Sankt Olai Kirke on Thursday 17 December 2026 at 19:30. This is one of eight Danish dates on the tour, exploring two fundamental Christmas moods: the joy of anticipation at the Christ Child's arrival and the search for peace in the world. Works by Bach, Telemann and other Baroque composers, conducted by Lars Ulrik Mortensen with soprano Joanne Lunn. Sankt Olai Kirke is Helsingør's cathedral and one of Denmark's oldest churches, with roots reaching back to the 12th century. The Gothic brick church stands centrally in the town and serves as the seat of Helsingør Diocese. Tickets cost 0-180 kr.
