Free entry

Librarian Kirsten Otskov shares ideas for good reading time with the youngest children and explains how books strengthen a child's vocabulary and empathy - and lay the foundation for later reading enjoyment. She offers book recommendations for the very youngest and tips for reading with children across different age groups.

Kirsten is a trained librarian who has worked in bookstores and at Copenhagen's Main Library for the past 19 years, supplemented by 11 years of experience from nurseries and kindergartens.

The event is free but requires advance registration, as space is limited. The ticket is valid for one adult and one child aged 2-12 months. If you need to cancel, write to hblaes@kk.dk.

The event takes place on the 4th floor. Prams and folding strollers are not allowed - use the stroller parking on the red floor in the ground floor.
