Author of the Month: Feline Kamber

Feline Kamber's debut novel 'Foder til høns' (Chicken Feed) is set in a small island community where everyday life seems to follow familiar patterns - but something demonic and inexplicable lurks beneath the surface. The novel moves through a realm of ghosts and is populated with specters, servant cats, demons, and living porcelain figures.

Kamber (born 2001), a graduate of the Danish Writers' School, will sit down on Monday, September 15 at 17:00-18:15 to discuss with literary mediator Mathias Emil Stenrøs how to write close to the uncertain and uncanny. You don't need to have read the book to follow along.

The event is part of the Main Library's monthly series Author of the Month and is also part of Golden Days 2026, which this year has the theme "Monster". It takes place at LIVE, 4th floor, Main Stage. Admission is free with a ticket - seats cannot be reserved, and from certain seats the view of the stage is limited.
