Food Festival at Trekanten

The evening begins with a long communal table featuring a buffet built around seasonal grains, potatoes, and vegetables - and concludes with a concert by A Minor Blues Band.

While enjoying the meal, Trekanten's kitchen staff and library employees share knowledge about green and sustainable cooking: how to vary the use of grains and vegetables, and how to grow your own - even in limited space, for example potatoes in buckets. Relevant cookbooks will be presented, and recipes from the evening's menu can be taken home.

A Minor Blues Band closes the evening with a repertoire of soul, rock'n'roll, ballads, blues and country - all in their own versions.
