Experience a sound bath and mindfulness session on Thursday evenings in odd weeks on Østerbro with Anne Viese. No prior experience is needed - just bring your time and willingness to enjoy and sense the sound and resonance of mindful calm and presence.

Time: 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM on August 27. Registration required.

Location: Nordre Frihavnsgade 17 D, 2100 Copenhagen East. Mats and cushions are provided at the venue, so you don't need to bring those. Just bring a blanket or two.

About the venue: Rytmikhuset

Rytmikhuset on Østerbro is a small teaching venue for rhythm, music and movement, run by Icelandic music educator Daggrós Thyri Ingudóttir. It offers classes for children from three months up to four years old, parent-and-child groups, and continuing education courses for childcare professionals. The 55 m² hall with wooden floors and a sound system can also be hired for courses, yoga, dance and similar activities.
