Fantasias - The Italian Sound

Organist Allan Rasmussen performs Italian Baroque music at Trinitatis Church in Copenhagen on Friday, 28 August 2026 at 12:00. The concert is free and part of Copenhagen Baroque Festival's organ concert series. The programme features works by Italian composers from the 17th century, performed on the church's historic Baroque organ. Trinitatis Church, built during the reign of Christian IV in the 1600s, stands in central Copenhagen and is intimately connected to Rundetårn, which originally served as the church's astronomical observatory. Rasmussen gives two concerts in Denmark - this one in Copenhagen and another later at Tibirke Church near Tisvilde.
