Expert Lecture: Morten DD on Birds

Biologist, author, and nature communicator Morten D.D. Hansen published the book "I Watch Birds" in 2026, where he discusses the many bird species found in Denmark. In this lecture, he addresses questions such as: what is the difference between a greenfinch and a goldfinch, which birds sing in dialects, and how do you get started as a birdwatcher when you live in a big city?

The lecture is aimed at both new and experienced birdwatchers. It is part of the Expert Autumn series at Kvarterhuset, supported by Copenhagen's libraries and the Amager East Local Committee.
