Matcha Ritual

Sing Tehus invites you to a matcha ritual with ambient tones. Participants are guided through a relaxing 30-minute break where tea and tones release mental and physical tension. Everyone is served a matcha prepared by Mette Marie from Sing Tehus. After the tea ceremony, you can stay in the room for Soft Reading - presence in its simplest form, as a gentle soundscape unfolds. Screens and notifications stay outside.
