Stenhammar Quartet performs as part of the festival's final programme, featuring works by Clara Schumann, Brahms and Piazzolla. The quartet plays three dates across Denmark in September, with this concert marking their last performance. About the venue: La Oficina

La Oficina on Suomisvej in Frederiksberg C is a coworking space that opened in 2008, set in the former drawing hall of Det Kongelige Klasselotteri (the Royal Class Lottery). The building holds a large hall with a balcony, meeting and training rooms, private offices and a café. External guests can hire the spaces for conferences, courses and events; in the evenings and at weekends the hall hosts everything from concerts to receptions.

Sweden's Stenhammar Quartet has built its reputation since 2002 as one of the Nordic region's most distinctive string quartets, taking its name from composer Wilhelm Stenhammar. Beyond being the first to record his complete quartet cycle on disc, the group keeps an active commissioning practice with Nordic composers.
