Behind Closed Eyes - Hypnagogia is an interdisciplinary music-drama performance created by Nadia Okrusko and Rika Yasui. It explores the fragile moment between waking and sleep, where reality dissolves, dreams take shape, and a monster emerges - a space where fear transforms into recognition through curiosity.

Music, dance and video are woven together into a poetic universe for both children and adults, drawing on the world of the bedtime story. The performance is part of the Golden Days Festival. Doors open at 17:30.

About the venue: Koncertkirken

KoncertKirken on Blågårds Plads in Nørrebro is Denmark's first concert church, housed in the former Blågårds Kirke. Since opening in October 2009 it has staged over 2,700 events, and the building was purchased from Kirkefondet in 2015. The programme runs from baroque and chamber music to jazz, world music, electronic music and performance art - around 200-250 concerts a year. The venue has been run as a cooperative since 2015.
