HOLA GHOST // The Lost Seamen // DJ BLACK HEART UNICORN

On September 19, Operaen Christiania celebrates Talk Like A Pirate Day. Dust off your pirate speak and dress up - prizes are awarded to the best-dressed pirates.

The evening opens with The Lost Seamen, Christiania's male choir, followed by the night's headliner HOLA GHOST. The band's sound has been described as Mexican death-surf, mariachi-punk, digital psychobilly and dark goth disco - and for good reason. They perform with a mariachi horn section and painted día de los muertos makeup, freely blending genres into their own dark, Scandinavian mariachi-rock expression rooted in surf music, Mexican mariachi, psychobilly and B-western films. The "Copenhagen gringos" are known for energetic live shows.

The afterparty is hosted by DJ BLACK HEART UNICORN, known from Copenhell, High Voltage, Warpigs and other venues.
