Najell Frederiksberg - Baby Sleep 101 - Sleep Consultant

Baby Sleep 101 is a workshop with Emma Aspelund from Doula and Dreams - a sleep coach for children aged 0-4 years, doula and energy therapist. The workshop is for you who are expecting a baby and want to start parental leave with healthy sleep habits.

The programme includes: introduction to the new Najell Rocker, your baby's sleep cycles and circadian rhythm, the connection between food and sleep, routines vs. rituals, practical tips for helping your baby sleep, the 4-month sleep regression, and troubleshooting common sleep challenges. There is also a chance to win a free newborn sleep consultation with Emma.
