First aid course in English for parents, grandparents, babysitters and others who care for children aged 0-8. The course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and choking emergencies, taught by Marianne Mogensen, a physiotherapist and first aid instructor certified by the Danish First Aid Council.

Programme
- The 4 steps of first aid
- Assessment of consciousness and breathing
- CPR for babies (0-12 months) and children (1-8 years) - hands-on practice with Junior & Baby CPR manikins
- Recovery position
- Use of AED
- Prevention and first aid for choking - hands-on practice
- Additional topics: signs of serious infection, falls, burns and chemical injuries, poisoning, febrile seizures and other types of seizures

The course runs 3 hours (10:00-13:00). On the same day at 14:00-17:00 (or 18:00) an extended 4-hour course is offered. Bring a yoga mat or similar and snacks. It is recommended to download the free QCPR app from Laerdal (available in Google Play and App Store) before the course.

Babies aged 0-12 months are welcome at no extra charge. Registration is per adult (18+). Couples can purchase one full-price ticket and one partner ticket at a discount. Registration is binding. If the course is cancelled due to instructor illness or official order, a new date or refund will be offered.
