Marianne Mogensen is an authorized physiotherapist, ergonomics teacher and motor skills instructor based in Copenhagen, running her own practice with teaching as her main focus. She covers a wide range - from ergonomics and patient transfer technique to birth preparation, infant motor development and belly dance - and also performs concerts with Arabic and Turkish music. A certified first aid instructor under the Danish First Aid Council and a former platoon leader in the Civil Defence Corps (trained as a firefighter and smoke diver), she has also authored books on postnatal training and ergonomics, and released a belly dance DVD for pregnant women.
Marianne Mogensen held a first aid course for babies and small children at Kulturcenter Kildevæld in Copenhagen, supported by TrygFonden.
The 2nd edition of the book "Ergonomics - Body and Strain" was published by Nyt Nordisk Forlag Arnold Busck.
