Copenhagen: Sound Bath in Kuppelsalen with Anne Viese

A sound bath in Kuppelsalen with Anne Viese, using tones, sounds and frequencies from singing bowls, sound bowls and gongs for physical relaxation and mental calm - entirely without touch.

The programme begins with a brief introduction and simple mindfulness techniques focusing on breathing, body and energy. The sound and singing bowls are then activated, followed by a period of silence where you can use the toilet or lie and listen. Finally, sound and singing bowls are played in harmony with gongs, which according to Anne balance the heart's energy.

You bring your own mat or cushion and take a place in one of the circles arranged around the instruments. During registration you can upgrade to rent a mat and/or a place in the inner circle close to the sound bowls and gongs.
