The session is judgment-free and focuses on starting your baby safely on food - not about rules, performance, or perfection. There is room for recognition, questions, and conversation, with an emphasis on creating calm during this vulnerable and important period as a parent. Best suited for babies around 4-9 months old.

• What you actually need to know: textures, development, and family meals
• How baby can eat from the first bite (puree, baby-led weaning, or a combination)
• Creating meals that make sense in a busy everyday life

During the session, you can see and touch Najell's silicone products for mealtimes in practice - and of course there are samples to taste.
