Skanderborg: Sound Night in the Concert Hall at Audonicon with Anne Viese

A night of meditation, sound and gong bath at Audonicon in Skanderborg. You lie in a semicircle with your head close to singing bowls, sound bowls and gongs, while your body and mind release tension and find peace in the frequencies of the sounds.

Programme:
Friday approx. 21:00 - arrival
21:30 - evening tea and fruit
21:45 - hall opens (bring mattress, duvet, etc.)
22:15 - welcome
22:45 - sound night begins
Saturday 06:30 - sound night concludes
07:00 - good morning
08:00 - closing

Prices for registration in 2025 (pre-sale):
Sound night 1,111 kr.
Breakfast 111 kr.

Regular prices:
Sound night 1,555 kr.
Breakfast 155 kr.

For the overnight stay you can add a base layer, mattress, mattress with duvet and pillow, or bed with bedding - or bring your own. Everyone who doesn't snore constantly can participate.
