Year's Party: Halbal in Glostrup Hallen

Glostrup Hallen hosts a halbal (formal dance event) with a three-course menu, live music and dancing. This event is a repeat of a previous halbal that many have requested.

The kitchen is provided by Gaudium and features hot-smoked salmon with crème fraîche, leeks and pickled radishes as an appetizer - served at the table with freshly baked bread. The buffet includes slow-roasted beef, young rooster breast with honey and lime, roasted potatoes with butter and thyme, red béarnaise cream, and two salads: one with pearl barley, roasted thyme carrots, shallots and pomegranate, and one with crispy cabbage, cranberries, salt-roasted sunflower seeds and pesto. For dessert, chocolate cake with white chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries is served, followed by coffee and tea. Beer, water, wine and other drinks can be purchased at the bar.

After dinner, Pink Lady Lips performs with Emily Langeskov as lead singer, and a DJ takes over between and after - dancing continues until 01:00.

Schedule: 17:00 lounge opens with welcome drink, 17:30 the hall opens, and 18:00 the appetizer is served.
