PEDAL TO THE METAL PRESENTS: VANIR + CROCELL

Pedal to the Metal presents an evening of death metal as VANIR and CROCELL take the stage at Studenterhuset.

VANIR is one of Denmark's most distinctive melodic death metal bands. For over a decade, the band has built its own sound on epic, history-themed metal with crushing riffs and stories of fate, struggle, and myth. Their latest album WYRD explores the concept of fate itself - woven through war, human choices, and the consequences that have shaped the world.

Since the late 2000s, CROCELL has toured much of Europe and blown audiences away with tracks like "My Path of Heresy" and "Cross to Your Grave". After a 2021 concert, Heavymetal.dk summed it up: "Wild, violent, and well-executed" - and noted that it would be venues' own loss to let a band of that caliber pass them by. Live performance has always been at the core of what Crocell does.
