Building Application Course

A comprehensive course covering the entire building application process for tiny houses, small buildings, and annexes - from initial planning to completion and occupancy.

The course covers:
- Planning requirements - local plans, municipal plans, and rural zones
- Building regulations - key rules for small buildings and project classification
- Design and requirements - how design choices can help meet regulations
- The application itself - when, where, and how to apply, required documents, and what you can prepare yourself
- Follow-up process - completion notification, occupancy, timeline, and costs

The day alternates between presentations, workshops, case studies, and group discussion. Since building applications are handled digitally, bringing your own laptop is recommended. The course requires no prior knowledge and lasts 4-5 hours. Vegetarian lunch, coffee, and cake are provided, and there is an opportunity to see Grobund's ongoing building projects.
