Tiny House Course

A one-day course for anyone dreaming of building their own tiny house but lacking construction experience. Over 7-8 hours, you'll get a thorough introduction to the entire building process, from initial planning and concept development to concrete building techniques. The course focuses on sustainable methods and primarily natural materials such as wood, wood fibre, and clay, with an emphasis on healthy and durable homes.

The course covers the key topics in tiny house construction: why build small, choosing sustainable materials and healthy indoor climate, design and construction, budgeting and economy, and basic carpentry techniques and safe tool use.

The course takes place at Grobund, in the middle of an active tiny house community, where you can see and experience the building methods discussed in practice. Vegetarian lunch, coffee, and cake are provided.
