Move Your Life Energy in Copenhagen - Gentle Dearmouring

A workshop focused on synchronization and presence, using the body as an instrument. Through active movement, breathing, sensing, and sound, participants awaken the energy in their body - and finish with a dearmouring exercise.

The workshop is open to everyone regardless of gender and is for those who value connection. You can participate alone, with a partner, or a friend. Most of the workshop happens in pairs, but it is not sexual, and there is no obligation to your partner beyond holding space for each other. It is somewhat physically demanding, so wear comfortable, relaxed clothing - and leave the stiff jeans at home.
