Lecture: "Wild Hearts and Forgotten Agreements - ADHD in Relationships"

This lecture is aimed at women with ADHD - perhaps recently diagnosed - and their partners. A diagnosis often makes sense in retrospect, but also raises new questions for both parties. Bring them along - there is plenty of time for them.

The instructor focuses on what ADHD is, how it manifests in adult women, and why it can feel overwhelming to be close to someone with ADHD. The lecture also explores emotion regulation and the intense reactions it can trigger, as well as how differences in impulsivity, energy levels, and pace can affect relationship dynamics.

The lecture runs for 2 hours including a break. Coffee and cake are available for purchase in the café. If you are in a relationship, your partner is more than welcome to attend.
