The session begins with simple mindfulness techniques - focusing on breath, body and energy - and continues with a full sound bath of tones, frequencies and gong sounds. Without physical touch, the effect is described as an inner and outer massage that leaves the body relaxed and the mind reset.

Participants sit in one or two circles around singing bowls and gongs. Bring your own mat or cushion to lie on.
