Bent Sørensen

Bent Sørensen is a Danish composer born in 1958, known for music with a haunting, often melancholic quality. He writes for orchestra, chamber ensembles and solo instruments, and his works are performed regularly at international festivals. His orchestral piece "Sterbende Gärten" is among his best-known compositions.
